Bodybalance

Les Mills BODYBALANCE is a Yoga based class with elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Bend, stretch and strengthen to music.

RPM Studio Cycling

Les Mills RPM is a 45 minute indoor cycling class set to the rhythm of motivating music. RPM uses a series of simulated climbs and sprints to create a workout where you control the intensity.

CHALLENGE Studio Cycling

A one-hour studio cycling class designed to challenge and push your fitness to awesome tunes. Work through hills, sprints, mixed terrain, mountain and interval tracks.

Zumba, Abs & Stretch!

Zumba is taught by our friendly and fun instructor Tina Marsh, she is highly qualified and has over 30 years’ experience as a professional in the dance industry. Tina welcomes everybody into Zumba, regardless of age and fitness level – it’s all about having fun whilst keeping fit.

Bootcamp Course

Our successful four-week course runs throughout the year, Monday-Fridays from 6.20 – 7.00am. The sessions are 40 minutes of high intensity training with a mix of Bootcamp and Functional training. The perfect way to embrace regular exercise without interrupting your day. *Please note this course is separate to memberships.

IOW Panther Kickboxing Club

Isle of Wight Panther Kickboxing Club is run by head coach Steven Marsh, a 3rd Dan Black Belt. Steve has been teaching since 1985 and is a former IMAO British Kickboxing Champion and IBF British Karate Team Captain. A team of experienced instructors include, George Borrett, Dominic Marsh and Aaron McHugh, all 1st Dan Black Belts, who help run the club. Kickboxing sessions run three times a week and cater for ages 6 years to adults.

Functional Basics

The easy to follow class incorporating functional exercise movements, that allow you to focus on technique while following simple choreography. Train your muscles to carry out every day activities safely and effectively.

Kick-Boxercise

Kick-Boxercise is a non-contact, mixed martial arts based exercise class that is set to music and designed to accommodate all fitness levels.

Beach Bootcamp (TJ’s Gym & Wight Waters)

Beach Bootcamp is takes place during the summer months and is held at Wight Waters, Dunroamin Beach in Lake. Beach Bootcamp includes beach exercises, kayaks, surf boards and stand up paddle boards. Life jackets and wetsuits are provided free of charge, and an optional beachside barbecue and social usually takes place afterwards.

Dance Fitness

Taught by our friendly and fun instructor Tina Marsh, who is highly qualified with over 30 years’ professional experience within the dance industry. Tina’s Dance Fitness classes cover a mix of dance styles and are, what we like to call, ‘fitness fun!’.
